Since 2018, the CPG has partnered with the ESAAA - Ecole supérieure d'art Annecy Alpes - so that together we can to carry out ambitious research work on climate change. This project is called Collapse of the Alps. This joint venture starts from concrete, localized situations (as are the collapses of the cliffs at altitude due to the melting of the permafrost which ensured their solidity...), then describes the cases, pointing out the places and forms, and trying to find in these situations possibilities to inhabit our overheated world. At the CPG, artists associated with Collapse of the Alps show work that's in progress, witness objects, pieces to affect us and make us feel what's at stake, here and now, as the climates phenomenons accelerate.
